To book the venue, you must sign the rental contract. Once signed, your reservation will be confirmed. A 50% deposit is due upon signing, and the remaining balance is due 3 months before your event.
The rental fee includes the use of the venue from 10 am the day of the event until midnight, 20 round tables, 12 bistro tables, 2 six-foot tables, 2 eight-foot tables, and 180 chairs. Setup and takedown of tables and chairs are also included in the rental agreement.
If you need to change your event date, Sage Blossom may accommodate you depending on availability. However, certain non-refundable fees may apply if the change occurs within 9 months of the event.
Yes, the Sage Blossom allows you the flexibility of using a caterer of your choice. We will provide a list of recommended caterers on our vendor list.
All events must end by 11:00 PM in compliance with local sound ordinances. Clean-up must be completed by 12:00 AM.

Yes, parking is available in the designated gravel areas on the east side of the venue. Accessible parking is also available. No overnight parking is permitted, and parking in the hotel parking lot is prohibited.

Yes, Sage Blossom requires that you have an Event Day Coordinator to ensure the event runs smoothly. This does not need to be a paid coordinator but someone who will be available and easy to contact.
A 30-Day Meeting is a planning session with Sage Blossom staff to finalize all event details. This meeting should occur no more than 30 days before your event. After this meeting, any changes will incur additional fees. At the 30-Day Meeting, the Client shall provide a valid credit card to be kept on file. The card will only be charged if there is damage to the Venue’s property, equipment, or furnishings. The Venue will provide written notice and an itemized statement of any charges assessed following the event.
Rehearsals or additional events require a separate agreement and fee. Please contact us for more details. Clients are allowed a 2-hour walk-through of the venue the week of the event.

Yes, the venue is accessible. There are ADA-compliant parking, ramped walkways, and restroom facilities available.
No smoking is allowed inside any building. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
If any issues arise during your event, our staff will be available to assist. The Sage Blossom reserves the right to ask any unruly guests to leave and may call law enforcement if necessary.
If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government actions), Sage Blossom will either offer a full refund or allow you to reschedule the event without penalty, depending on availability.
The Sage Blossom requires that any third-party vendors (such as caterers or entertainers) carry at least $1,000,000 in liability insurance. The venue itself holds liability insurance but is not responsible for any loss or damage to property or personal injury.
Yes! Sage Blossom has an arrangement with Inn History Tombstone, located next to the venue, offering a 20% discount for venue clients (subject to availability).
Any changes to the setup must be approved by Sage Blossom’s staff. You are responsible for restoring all areas to their original setup at the end of the event.
